Windows 10: How do I remove English United States from the Windows Display Language menu?

As you can see in the screenshot below, I do not have "English United States" installed as one of the languages on my windows device. However, it still shows up in the Windows Display Language dropdown menu. I have tried to the method to add the "English United States" package and then removing it, but that doesn't fix the problem.

How do I remove English (United States) as a display language? English United States is not listed as a keyboard, as my region, or in any other visible Windows settings. However, I've got English (United Kingdom) and English (United States) as my two display languages.

I've reviewed Registry Editor, and can see there are two listed in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NLS\Language. The default is English (United Kingdom) and there is a secondary InstallLanguage of 0409 English United States.

Would I need to delete this key? or is there are hidden windows setting?

English (United States) for adding language is greyed.

The step where a list of optional languages are displayed.

The US English is presently not installed, and there is no other language except a base language which came with W10 22H2. Edit: So I just installed the US English. That is it. The US English is greyed because I took the first step of "Add Language" and forgot completing whole steps.
