Windows 10: How do I reinstall integrated webcam in Toshiba C660 Laptop computer, - using Microsoft...

When I go to use the Integrated Webcamon my Toshiba C660 laptop computer, I find this message being displayed:- “Wecan't find your camera. Check to be sure it's connected and installed properly,that it isn't being blocked by antivirus software, and that your camera driversare up-to-date. If you need it, here's the error code: 0xA00F42440xC00D36D5.” The camera is nowhere to be found in the Device Manager. I have tried manyfixes, none of them having proved to be successful. I phoned the ToshibaSupport team, and I was told that from Microsoft Windows version 8.1 onwards, Toshiba had passedthe responsibility for successive Windows versions to be looked after by theMicrosoft organisation. Can someone please help me to get the Webcamreinstated?

I have windows 7 premium on a Toshiba satellite C660. Toshiba issued a list of eligible PCs which can download Windows 10 excluding satellite C660 model number PSC1GE-004002 AR saying that such device
can't get a free Windows 10 > Is that true and why as long as a genuin Windows 7 home premium is installed on it by Toshiba when purchased ? ?

My camera is not working

the message in the camera app displyed is the following

"there is an Error, make sure your camera is connected or other apps are not using it"



I tried Unistall Chicony USB and then in Action , Dtect New Hardware Changes but didn't work

No other device listed somehow related to camera



I tried visiting toshiba web site for codecs but my laptop ones are no longer there.

I tried using older versions but nothing worked.

I tried the privacy section in windows settings but camera is not displyed



I tried eveything!!!

I need skype for work, can't bear it anymore!

Can you please help me?!
