Windows 10: How do I pin my folder to quick access after making a copy from onedrive and moving it back...

I recently disabled OneDrive by unlinking my account because its storage was full and it couldn't save anymore of my photos. before I unlinked the account I copied the photos to the original location under users and pictures . But now I am unable to pin this folder to quick access in file explorer, it doesn't appear with an error message.

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”

Pinning a folder to Quick Access does not physically move the folder, Quick Access is a virtual location that itself does not exist on your hard drive . ..

When you choose Pin to Quick Access, Pin To Start or Pint to Taskbar, all that does is put a reference to the pinned item in that location

Where was the actual location of this folder that disappeared?

Using the context menu "pin to Quick Access" to pin a folder, apparently moved the folder and its contents to the Quick Access area of Windows Explorer. The folder was no longer displayed in its original location within Windows Explorer. Is it possible to
only put a reference to the folder in Quick Access?
