Windows 10: How do I make it so that I can use internet explorer on windows 11

I have already found a way to open internet exploreras is shown in the first picture, so I know it can be used, but when I open internet explorervia the icon it automatically opens edge as is shown in the second picturePicture 1icture 2:

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
