Windows 10: How do I load the amsdk.sys driver when windows 11 will not show the start screen?

Hi, please help, I can't use my laptop any longer. There was no physical damage. The screen, keyboard, sound, touchscreen & mousepad work - but my laptop gets stuck every time it starts, with a program campatability error message. When I start and login to windows 11 on my lenovo yoga 920, after the login screen I then get a black screen and error message in a box that a driver cannot load on this device driver amsdk.sys. It says that I need to adjust my security settings so that this driver is not blocked from loading and so it can load. I have never experienced this problem or anythin

I've recently purchased a new pc and now I'm installing the driver I need to work with my wacom cintiq. It was not working so I contacted Wacom support and they asked if there were any updates to be done. These are the ones I installed:

- Logitech - Media 10/22/2012 12:00:00 am - 13.80.835.0

- Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.5187

Unfortunatelly, now I'm getting this image as I restarted my pc:

A security is preventing this driver from loading. You'll need to adjust your settings to laod this driver"

I tried these to make it work:

1. Run as Administrator: Try running the program or installer that is attempting to load the driver as an administrator. Right-click on the program and select "Run as administrator" to see if this allows the driver to load.
   
2. Disable Driver Signature Enforcement: Sometimes, Windows blocks the installation of unsigned drivers by default. You can temporarily disable driver signature enforcement to allow the installation of the driver. Here's how to do it:
   
   • Restart your computer and enter Advanced Startup Options. You can do this by holding down the Shift key while selecting Restart from the Start menu.
     
   • In the Advanced Startup Options menu, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
     
   • After your computer restarts, you will see a list of startup settings. Press the F7 key to select "Disable driver signature enforcement." This will temporarily disable the enforcement of driver signatures.
     
   • Once Windows restarts, try to load the driver again.

   • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog, type "gpedit.msc," and press Enter.

   • Look for any settings related to driver installation or driver signing, and make sure they are set to "Not configured" or "Disabled."
     
   • Restart your computer and try to load the driver again.
     
4. Update or Reinstall the Driver: If the driver is outdated or corrupted, updating or reinstalling it may resolve the issue. Visit the manufacturer's website to download the latest version of the driver, or use Device Manager to update or reinstall the driver.

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
