Windows 10: how do i go back to 23h2 update

bro i cant get to the previous update because my windows is older than 10 days, im gonna cry because of the 24h2 update, i tried everything possible on the internet, it just dont work, my internet works really really bad, please help me im gonna cry:

Hi. Im baffled. I went back to a full os disk backup (its a full one the whole disk not just a regular backup) and when i write winver i get this (check images) and windows update tells me something else, i know i was on 23H2 but now when going back to this backup even though it backed up when i was on 23H2 it says 22H2, its obvious also when you look at the timestamp when updates where made, i have 22h2 current date updates and 23h2 update that is in the past, so i should be on 23h2 not 22h2 makes no sense.
