Windows 10: How do I get this malware/cyberterroritsts off my machine. Looks like setting me up for...

I used Microsoft Safety Scanner to identify and remove stubborn malware that has hijacked main system process, such as svchost, searchapp, csrss, wudfhost, wininit, audiodg, and more! Microsoft Safety Scanner identified 4 items when I checked on it but when it finished it said it had found nothing! Process Explorer states that it is "unable to open token" to see security elements of these programs on my machine. I don't know whether there are intruders masquerading as services like real people messing with me or it's a total virus, just that I noticed a bunch of programs changing and thin
