Windows 10: How Do I Get Permission from TrustedInstaller?

Hi, I am on Windows 10 and would like to get permission from TrustedInstaller so I can modify certain files. I clicked on the file > properties > security > advanced > change permissions but then it won't allow me to change the owner from TrustedInstaller to myself. It is greyed out where it says "change". For some reason I cannot post a screenshot. If one is needed, I will try and troubleshoot that issue in order to upload one. Thanks for any help in advance.

TrustedInstaller permissions

It's because you are are just typing 'TrustedInstaller'. That works to find the common user, group or security principle names, such as your user name or SYSTEM, but for TrustedInstaller you'll only be able to find it when you click 'Check Names' it if you type its full name: NT Service\TrustedInstaller

Permission issue

Presumably because TrustedInstaller is the owner (hence you need its permission), suggesting that img3.jpg was installed by Windows at some time.

Presumably that also means it can be uninstalled. How did you get it in the first place? Where is it located?

If you really want to delete it yourself, then taking ownership would seem a logical first step.
