Windows 10: How do I get past the "Load Driver dialogue box" during Clean win11 installation? Drivers...

Trying to upgrade my NVME drive from 128GB to 1TB.Doing clean installation of Windows 11 on new Crucial 1TB NVME M.2 drive brand new laptop & drivesMedia creation tool finished putting the installation files on USB flash drivedrive.Rebooted laptop. Laptop booted from USB drive. Selected [Custom Install]Started Windows 11 installation process."Where do you want to install Windows" request........Nothing shown in dialogue box below it - nothing[Refresh] or [Load driver] are the only two options available.below that is this Err

No color management in print dialogue box

Why is the critical step of removing all old printer drivers (Step 5) in the Printui dialogue the same as Step 6 right clicking the printer in Devices and Printers to delete it and restart PC?

After you install the printer software in Print 8 you did a lot of other things with a Desktop app that are not in the list and unneeded. Why were these necessary instead of just selecting a .pdf document to print and trying it?

The reason I ask is that I've suggested these steps countless times and they have always worked if only they are followed, not adding a bunch of steps at the end.

Audio socket dialogue box

Thanks for the detailed instructions.

Concerning Method 1:

First, Windows Key + X - Control Panel does appear in the list.

I accessed it by Typing "Control Panel" in the search field next to the Start Button on the Task Bar.

Then after selecting "Hardware and Sound" the Realtek HD Audio Manager does not appear in the list.

Apparently this is a well known issue with Windows 10. I have not taken steps to resolve that issue yet.

Concerning Method 2:

I have followed your instructions carefully but it did not resolve the issue.

I was able to resolve the issue of getting the Audio Popup Dialogue Box to reappear in the following way:

Windows Key + X then I selected the Device Manager.

From the "Sound, video & game controllers" I right clicked "Realtek Audio" and selected Properties.

In the dialogue box that appeared I selected the Driver tab and clicked on Update driver.

I clicked on "Browse my computer for driver software" and "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

Then I selected "Realtek Audio" and clicked Next.

Windows then reinstalled the drivers.

After doing this the "Which device did you plug in" dialogue box appeared when I plugged something into the audio socket.

So the immediate issue of getting the dialogue box back is solved but the Realtek HD Audio Manager still does not appear in the list of Hardware and Sound from the Control Panel. Any advice you can give to resolve that issue I would greatly appreciate.

Read my guide, goes step buy step for nvidia driver install. Though I use a different driver cause I got 8 series, same method of installation
