Windows 10: How do I get a refund for Windows 11? ordered by mistake 10/17/2024

I made a purchase for windows 11 last night but chose the wrong option and did not need a new license - no option for return in order history. I have not redeemed the code. What can I do?

Need refund - Purchase not showing in order history

I purchased a Windows 11 license key on 6/11/2024, but it is the wrong product for my device. I received a receipt via email and my credit card was charged, but the purchase is not showing up in my order history. How can I see if I'm eligible for a refund and request one? Please help!

Windows 11 Pro Unable to Install - II need a refund ASAP on W11Pro.

I followed all directions exactly innumerable times. I believe incompatible with work system. Despite that under 'Order' - it does not give me an option to refund or replace - I find this outrageous.

I just ordered in 11/15/21.

How can I get in contact with a Microsoft Agent by phone (who cares) to assist me in getting a refund.
