Windows 10: How do I fix windows 10 if i deleted both display dapters

I accidentally uninstalled both my display adapters and now my monitor is showing no screen

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Display dapters

I know its the Display Adapters (ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics) I can't disable or uninstall it, without it updating after I restart the computer, I also tried a website page that someone sent for blocking it but to no avail...Why does Microsoft give updates
to window 10 when they don't work right??? the ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics has yellow on the tab also, indicating a bad adapter...suggestions are welcomed, but it don't look like anything will work.
