Windows 10: How do i fix the bad image error in Windows 10?

HI ,when I am trying to launch Call of Duty black ops 1 on steam i get the bad image error "C:\Winodws\System32\XINPUT1_3" I have an office pc Acer Aspire XC-830. I know it is not for gaming and my specs don't meet the requirements but other games which are more demanding run on my PC. I tried checking corrupted files in CMD and most of the possible solutions but nothing works. I will be upgrading my computer but I spent money on the game and I'd like to play it.

Try uninstalling Xbox in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox Live > Uninstall. Restart PC and reinstall from Microsoft Store app > Hub (three dots at top right) > My Library.

Run System File Checker from Step 10 in this checklist:

If that doesn't help then I'd run a Repair Install by installing Media Creation Tool to choose Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping your files, programs and most settings in place. It also advances you to the newest version which you need anyway,
and by the most stable method.
