    3d viewer the specified module could not be found (exception from HRESULT:0x8007007)

    Whenever I open the 3D viewer app I get this error:

    (The specified module could not be found. exception from HRESULT :0x8007007E)

    I should say that I tried to remove and reinstall the app using Windows Power Shell but it didn't solve the problem.

    Local build of .NET 2.0 classic site stopped working with FileNotFound error( HRESULT: 0x8007007E )

    I have been developing this project for the past couple months with no issues. The solution builds successfully in Visual Studio and the path and app pool/ IIS settings are all unchanged. I have also tried checking out a version of the master branch that
    I know worked before. Now getting this generic not found error when I try to load the site locally. The only change that I can think of that could be contributing to this error is recently installing postgres globally.

    The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
    Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

    Exception Details: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
