Windows 10: How Do I Fix OneDrive.exe - Bad Image?

I recently transferred an Nvme ssd from an old laptop with Windows onto my pc and booted into Windows. I logged into an admin account and bought a new copy of Windows 11 and put in the key. However when I log into Windows it gives me this message: C:/Users\Admin.DESKTOP-92M32L7\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\23.209.1008.0002\ucrtbase.dll
