Windows 10: How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problemive also tried rebooting my devicei also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work toowindws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installedthis audio driver is the one written in japaneseive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

Windows 11 messed up audio devices

Hey all, I just upgraded to windows 11 from 10, and now all my audio devices are messed up. I used to have it as my speakers that are plugged into the front audio port, and my headphones/mic plugged into the back. They were listed as 2 separate devices that I could toggle between. Since I went to 11, it is now showing as 1 audio device only and the audio plays from speakers and headphones at the same time. any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

Since you uninstalled the Intel Display audio and you no longer have audio, that suggests you are using HDMI (??) If this is the case then the Realtek is not being used and not causing your problem.

First step as mentioned is to reinstall the Intel Display Audio.
