Windows 10: How do I fix "Event 7000, Service Control Manager"?

My computer has been freezing exclusively while playing video games, where I am forced to shutdown my PC and turn it back on. When I check Event Viewer to see what happened it says:Event 7000, Service Control ManagerThe LMS service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.It does not mention any service I can track and reset and I have tried adding a D-word value on Registry editor, naming it "ServicePipeTimeout", then changing the decimal to 60000. Events 7000 and 7009 Service control manager

Hello! Please, give me some advice on fixing issues with my computer so I can use it properly and without interruptions. I know my problems aren't a priority to you, but I very much need a computer that works efficiently and without any problems.

So the headache is that the taskbar turns entirely black and empty and almost all of the programs aren't responding. I find these errors in Event Viewer after computer starts responding again. See both event details below!
