Windows 10: How do I fix DSOUND.dll?

I can't play Fortnite due to this issue or other games I already tried to do all the command prompts and none of them did anythingI reinstalled DirectX and did not do anything Reinstalled Fortnite and the Laucher same problem still Reinstalled all the audio drivers in device manger I Reinstalled windows 11 and it did not work I verified the games flies already in the launcher it did nothing None of these worked Can someone please help me!!?

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

o.k. I did what you suggested--there was no invida virtual in programs--the message keeps showing on boot up that the "specific module could not be found" run dll--do you know of any download fix for this? *cry

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
