    Hello Microsoft, so i was using my PC like always windows 10. But one day when i turned it off and the next day i turned it on, it was like doing something, i waited a minute or two, then it took me to automatic repair. After clicking restart, the screen froze and it did the Blue Screen Of Death with the stop code of: CRITICAL SERVICE FAILED. And i was like freaking out i didnt know what's happening, then i restarted my pc and it took me to the automatic repair, then i clicked on advanced options. I wached a video on how to fix this problem, then it told me to open command prompt. But i don'

    your concern?

    As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
    Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
    • Select Troubleshoot.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Select Startup Repair.
