Windows 10: How do i fix all of these error faulting application WINDOWS 11

i keep getting all of these error faulting application how do i fix this?and everytime my game crash its always this error even chrome....1. windows system ?2. Windows Defender3. MSI4. Game SL Arise5. Google Chrome

I get the error below whenever I start up. I read a number of forum entries about this error, but there did not seem to be a solution. My Windows Update service is running just fine, I am just trying to figure out what is going on. I ran sfc /scannow and rebooted, but that did not fix it. Any feedback would be appreciated. Faulting Application Error: RadeonSoftware

I have been playing Call of Duty: Warzone for several months and randomly during the game it crashes and gives me a DEV ERROR 6068 which states that the Direct X driver has encountered an unrecoverable error. I have tried every suggestion online but nothing
works. I feel like it is related to my graphics card which by no means is stressed in the game as I don't run anywhere near max settings and I am sometimes even getting 250 fps. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this before or can help me explain why
this error is occurring in the even viewer. I have tried various graphics card drivers and am always on the latest windows updates and other drivers.

Happy to share the rest of my specs if that might help.

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
