Windows 10: How do I find the Sideloading Apps feature on my computer?

I cannot find the Updates and Security option on my computer anymore.I found the developer mode after an hour of changing drivers, using the run command, trying codes I didn't understand, searched it up and just tried looking for it through the settings search. I am trying to play a game, and it keeps saying Resource Download Failed. I cannot seem to download anything on the HDD that it is on. I can't download anything, it keeps saying I don't have access and I want to change the access. I downloaded an app called CloudFare Warp but I cannot use it because I cannot find Sideloading Apps. Where

How to Enable "Sideload Apps" Option

I have an issue where I am trying to enable "Sideload apps" in the developer features. These developer features are greyed out because apparently the settings are managed by an organization. This is not true as this is my own PC and I am the only user. I
am using Windows 10 Home, version 1909, OS Build 18363.836. I have seen many answers online that suggest changing key values with gpedit.msc, but I believe this is only available on Windows 10 Pro, not Home.





I did a bit of research in the Microsoft community and found an answer that suggested using the Registry Editor. I went to the following registry keys:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModelUnlock

In there, I already had a "AllowAllTrustedApps" key set to 1, and I also added a new key "AllowDevelopmentWithoutDevLicense" set to 0.





After restarting my PC, Microsoft Store Apps, instead of Sideloading Apps, was still selected.

Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? Or any other suggestions about how to enable Sideloading?

  License keys are not required

  Devices do not have to be joined to a domain

In Windows 10, you're free to sideload an app from outside the Windows Store. However, please note that it's not recommended to sideload apps. If there's a need to sideload apps, you should only install from a trusted source. By default, the operating system
blocks you from sideloading apps. This is to protect you and your computer, as getting certified apps from the Store ensures that you're getting a good app that will not harm your device. To allow Windows 10 to sideload apps, you may follow these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Update & security.
• Click on For developers.
• 
  Under Use developer features, select the Sideload apps option.
  
• 
  Click Yes to confirm the risks involved running an app outside the Windows Store.
  
• 
  Restart your computer.
