Windows 10: How do I connect my Bluetooth mouse 3600 if it won't enter pairing mode?

Hi.I am trying to use my Bluetooth mouse 3600, but it will not enter Bluetooth mode. I take the battery out and put it back in and the mouse turns on on its own. After that, it will not enter Bluetooth mode regardless of how long I hold the button to pair it. I have tried this several times and get the same result.This has nothing to do with my computer, just the mouse not entering Bluetooth mode.

Old title: Bluetooth Pairing Issue

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad model 20BX005GUS with Windows Pro 10 and can't get it to discover the Microsoft Bluetooth 3600 mouse. The mouse comes up under Bluetooth as a paring option but then says it's not discoverable when I try to pair them. Any suggestions?
Have tried all the suggestions on Microsofts Support site and no luck. Thanks!

Do let us know if you have tried the below:

• Have you turned on the mouse while connecting via Bluetooth?
• Were you able to connect any other devices via Bluetooth to your laptop?
• What is the complete error message of this issue?

Step 1: I suggest you to download the driver for the mouse from the below link, try to install and check if it helps.

Choose the appropriate operating system and try to install the software.
