Windows 10: How delete icon in taskbar settings main panel?

Hello, How to remove icons from taskbar setting, Please see picture. I no longer have these programs installed. And the icons are still in the settings menu.Thanks.

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

  icon.
• Click on Taskbar on the left side, and click on the
  Select which icons appear on the taskbar link under the Notification area section on the right.
• Turn on Always show all icons in the notification area at the top
