Windows 10: How can I turn on memory integrity in Core isolation ?

I have tried to resolve this with UE Boom, but when I said I don't have the UE Boom proof of purchase from 7 years ago they stopped helping. My old UE boom speakers began playing loud when I connected my phone to them, and to resolve the issue I needed to update the UE Boom drivers. I installed the application UltimateEars_UpdateAssistant provided by UE to update the drivers for my UE BOOM on my windows 11 pc.As the driver would not load I was instructed to turn OFF memory integrity in the Core isolation page in Windows Security see instructions in link belowThe UE update assistant has now u

Cannot Turn On Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Settings

From Tutorial -> Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials

Not able to perform steps in Option 1
Under "Windows Defender Security Center", "Device Security" is not an option.
Winver reports Version 1709 (OS build 16299 402)
The processor is Intel I3
Virtualization is enabled in system BIOS.


Please advise.

 

Core Isolation- Memory Integrity

What is Memory Integrity in Core Isolation? Is it helpful to avoid malware, phishing, and ransomware? Is there any Performance drop when Memory Integrity is turned on? What is the percentage of performance drop? Does it affect battery life when memory integrity is turned on? Does it also increases CPU usage?

Please answer all my questions and give another information about Core Isolation- Memory Integrity regarding Battery life, CPU usage, RAM usage, and System stability,

core isolation was on for me without me doing a thing i think and i use kis. is vt-d and stuff enabled in your bios?
i do notice that i cannot scan a selected file with defender from right click context menu. it tells me something about it admin limiting access.

i didn't turn on memory integrity as i'm not sure what it does and i read here that you can't turn it off without going into registry

and somehow the firewall part says kis is handling the firewall, but under win def firewall bit the toggle is set as on. in control panel it says win def firewall off kis firewall on though. so i'll leave it as is

my mistake, maybe. i thought core isolation and the memory integrity are 2 separate things and that core isolation was on, since the gfx next to the words "core isolation" has a green tick on it and there's text saying "virtualisation-based security is running to protect the core parts of your device". too chicken still to touch memory integrity.
