Windows 10: How can I tell which media creation tool version of Win 10 I am downloading

I am creating a windows 10 media recovery USB. How can I see what version of Win 10 I am downloading? I think it has to match the win 10 version on the computer.Thank you.

If you have any recommended links to get windows 10, kindly suggest me. I'm very fascinating to use win 10. But i'm very dissappointing with this tool. I tried this tool (Media Creation Tool) more than 3 times. It disappeared above 50% at different levels.

My suggestion is, Give us a direct link to download windows 10.

I already did...twice. It will not run once downloaded, not even to tell me I've got the wrong version or something. It continually tells me "Error - Restart your computer and try running again." Again, I have followed the listed instructions, disabled my
firewall, and run as Admin. If there is a link to simply downloading the ISO to disc, sans-"Media Creation Tool," please provide.
