    How can I stop the popup that continually blocks my notifications area?


    There is a pop up that is absolutely annoying that blocks my notification area nearly 95% of the time. The popup contains current status and connection optimization question. Does this need to be popping up all the time???

    Using Chrome

    How can I stop notifications from popping up in the lower right hand corner?

    They are quite large and block areas on which I'm working.

    I have taken steps that I thought would turn them off, but to no avail.

    Any and all suggestions and help will be greatly appreciated.

    Decrease font size in Notification area Popup

    I am writing a program which activates the Windows Notification Popup. However the font size in the popup is too large for the information that i want to 'pop up'. is there a registry hack to reduce the font size of the notification popup? I know there is hack to change tool tip font size, but that doesn't affect this type of popup.

    Startup and Notification area

    R]I ran this batch file, but it did not help (which I understand, because Task Manager > Processes does NOT show WinDates).

    I am back to the conclusion that Win 10 can run WinDates manually, but not automatically at startup (via link). If I double-click on the link C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\WinDates.lnk, WinDates opens fine.

    My next step will be to run a scan of system files to see if something is corrupt. However, any other suggestions are welcome.
