Windows 10: How can I resolve the 2738 error because I can't install Epic Games launcher?

Hello, I'm having a problem when trying to install the Epic Games Launcher on my Windows 11 system I have updated Windows to the latest version. The installation process is interrupted and I get the error: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738". I try to register the VBScript but says that the module failed to load
