Windows 10: How can I install windows 10 with out seeing oobelocal,oobekeyboard and ooberegion

Am installing windows 10 but any time I reach finishing up then I see oobelocal and oobekeyboard * Moved from Community Center

OOBEKEYBOARD, OOBELOCAL, and OOBEREGION errors

I decided to try updating and old laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Now I'm stuck in a loop with various OOBEKEYBOARD, OOBELOCAL, and OOBEREGION errors coming up over and over. The only options I am offered is to "Skip" or "Try Again". No matter which one I hit, it circles for a long time and then comes back with another "Something went wrong" and a OOBEKEYBOARD, OOBELOCAL, or OOBEREGION error. Through something I read online, I was able to do a factory reset from the command prompt, and even that didn't change anything; After the reset it just came back to those screens. I'm starting to think I've ruined the laptop, as I can't reload Windows 7, and it won't finish loading Windows 10.

A laptop is hardware. Unless the hardware fails you can always reinstall the software, even if hardware fails (which I doubt) it can also be replaced. So having an inferior Upgrade install (which most enthusiasts won't even do) fail doesn't mean the laptop is ruined.

If you Clean Install Windows 10 it will be a much better install, providing the laptop can run Windows 10. Here are the minimum hardware specs for Windows 10: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows...

Unless you have media for reinstalling Windows 7, which is really too old to run any longer, then if your specs come close I'd at least try Clean installing Windows 10

Do this gold standard Clean Install which compiles the best possible Install of Windows which will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given, has zero reported problems, and is better than any amount of money could buy: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki.... To create bootable Windows 10 Installation Media (on another PC if necessary) install Media Creation tool and follow the steps toward the bottom of the download page here in the section "Using the tool to create installation media:"

Insert media, boot it by powering up PC while pressing the BIOS Boot Menu Key for your PC maker given in this chart: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...

If the media won't boot you may need to enter BIOS/UEFI Setup (pressing key given in chart in link above) to turn off Fast Boot or Fast Startup first.

Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered, then on second screen choose Install Now, then Custom Install, then at the drive selection screen delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, select the Unallocated Space, click Next to let it create and format the needed partitions and start install - this makes it foolproof.

Disk Check Broke PC

I haven't been able to get the OOBELOCAL error, I've only been able to get OOBEEULA, OOBEKEYBOARD, and OOBEREGION. When I try pressing shift+F10 on any of those it does nothing.
