Windows 10: How can I get into my PC when it's stuck on a backlit navy blue screen with just my cursor...

I haven't been able to get into my PC for about a month now, and I assume it's because an auto-update didn't go through correctly, but I've tried every single troubleshoot option from the repair menu, I've done multiple scans on the CMD prompt that have shown there are no corrupted files, and it will not let me reset the PC entirely as it says there is an error.I've tried image restoration which also didn't work, and neither does any of the restore points. No startup options help either. I'm really at a loss because I think I've tried every single possible option from the only menu I can acces

My pc is stuck at Black screen with cursor

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
