Windows 10: How can I disable the Alt+Tab function on my keyboard?

I want to disable the Alt+Tab function on my keyboard because it really bothers me. It would be great if someone knows how to do this?

Alt tab disables keyboard

After opening a game or just after a few minutes of turning on my laptop, using the Alt + tab totally disables my keyboard for a couple of seconds and it's really annoying, any help?

This does not help because I want to use alt tab as a shortcut in VScode.

Now when I press alt+tab it registers as an unknown input.

How do I JUST disable the CoolSwitch tab functionality but retain the hotkey
