  1. How can I detect a hack at the hardware level bios?

I believe that I am dealing with a hack or some other security issue maybe keylogger, surveillance software at the hardware level on my Windows 11 laptop. What is the best way to search for, detect, and hopefully eliminate any intrusion? There seems to be someone remote accessing the hardware on the device regardless of the OS. I've had the same problem with a Linux machine that I used previously. Always something hardware related, part of the I/O i.e. screen, trackpad, keyboard, usb ports, etc.. What type of access would a hacker need to access hardware devices within the Windows infrastr

  3. Windows phone is not detecting

    Hi Vijay,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to connect the phone to another computer and check if it gets detected. Also, check if the phone gets detected by connecting with a different USB cable.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

    • Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
    • Click on “hardware and devices”.
    • A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Hope the information is helpful. Keep us posted on the status for further assistance.

  4. How can I detect a hack at the hardware level bios?

TPM enabled in BIOS but no device detected

I have enabled TPM in the BIOS but it does not detect a device. Not in the BIOS or in the device manager.

I have no security devices and it is also not listed in the system devices.

I checked my hardware and it should be capable of tpm 2.0

Motherboard: MSI MPG 570 Gaming Plus

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

I read a lot of articles about this, but in every case, the computer at least detected something to be then able to re-install a driver or something.
