    How can I access a computer of a deceased relative?


    My father recently died and he had a laptop with lots of old photos on it.Unfortunately, we don’t know the pin and he used his work email address for recovery, which we cannot access either. Is there any way to gain access?

    Microsoft have a process to access Microsoft Services in the case of a deceased relative, that can be found on this page, most likely, your brother logged into his PC with his Microsoft Account . . .
