Windows 10: HID SPI device error

I plan to use HID SPI for communication between APwindow11 and CM4FreeRTOS. CM4 plays the role of a sensor collection. Because the window system already provides various sensor classes, I only configured ACPI files. I developed the sensor device driver in CM4. However, during the testing process, I found that the RST function of ACPI did not be called during the startup process. According to the HID SPI protocol, during the boot process, the window will call the RST function to restore the sensor device to its initialization state, but my RST function has not been called.Can someone provid

Have you tried updating the driver for the HID-compliant mouse?

Follow these steps on how to update the driver:

To do this, follow these steps:

• In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.
• Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.
• Follow the instructions to update the driver.

If that does not work, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your laptop directly and ask for updated drivers for Windows 10.

Problem with HID (Human Interface Device) Drivers Missing

Hi,

It doesn't need to have two USB Input HID Driver, only one would work fine.

To check for possible cause of the issue, we suggest that you run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key. 
• Type Troubleshooting. 
• Click Hardware and Sound. 
  
• Click Hardware and Devices. 
• Follow the on-screen instructions. 

If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the driver.

Error 32: Audio/Video Remote Control HID (PCI Device)

I understand how difficult it can be when the feature does not work the way it is supposed to. We would like to know, what are the troubleshooting steps you performed so that we can guide you with the right steps? Also we would
like to know the Windows version and built installed on the PC?

Basically, Code 32 indicated the start type for this driver is set to disabled in the registry. You can refer the

Device driver error code article for additional information about the cause of such error.

However, you can go ahead and try these steps and let us know the status.

Uninstall the HID Driver.

1. Press Windows + X key from the keyboard and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Expand HID device. Right click on the device listed with warning sign and select
   Uninstall device.
   
3. You will receive a prompt, make sure you check the box for
   Delete the driver software. Then click OK.
   
4. Please uninstall the device with the warning sign (PCI Device).
   
5. Restart the PC and connect your IPhone and check the driver status.

Please reply us with the resolution, so that we can approach the issue with more clarity.
