Hi please my HP elite book core i5 I just tried to put it on but the button just keep coming on and going back off the screen isn't even showing anything and I made sure to shut it down before

To assist you better, I would like to know when exactly you had received this error. Are you able to boot the computer?

The following steps detail how to change what happens when the power button is pressed.

By default the power button will tell the computer to shut down, if it is not set to shut down, please follow the below steps.

• In the Windows search box enter ‘Power Options’ and click on it when it appears in the list.
• On the left of the window, click on the ‘Choose what power buttons do’ link
• Under ‘When I press the power button’ choose the option you want to change it to
  Shut Down.
• Click ‘Save changes’ to save the changes.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow these steps to run Power troubleshooter:

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click on Power.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

6. Check if issue persists.

After performing the power troubleshooter, please perform the steps that has been provided above.

My HP laptop with core I5-6200U processor says it's not eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.

My HP laptop with core I5-6200U processor says it's not eligible for Windows 11 upgrade but when I look on the Microsoft web site for Windows 11 minimum requirements this processor is listed multiple times. Is this some sort of a glitch where they aren't recognizing my processor accurately? I would think a core I5 (even though it's 4 years old) would meet the requirements. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks

 

I5-4590 3.6GHZ 4 core Intel CPU Not on List for Win 11 Upgrade ???

I just bought a Hp Prodesk and with a I5 -4590 4 core 3.6gz and want to upgrade to Win 11 it is plenty fast enough but Not on the Intel CPU Support List Can this CPU be put on the List ?? This is my feed back it should be on the list look at the Specs of this CPU ?? Why??

There Are No Intel I5- 4500 4 core series at all on the list for Win 11 upgraded and they are plenty fast ????
