SPEN-HP-01 Stylus Pen. The driver for this specific device may need to be updated for them to work harmoniously again. For us to better assist you, please answer the questions below:

1. Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect your Stylus Pen to your
   HP computer?
2. Which OS version/build is installed on your computer? You can get this information by going to the Start menu and searching for
   winver.
3. Were there any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?

Initially, we also suggest that you reach out to the manufacturer of your
SPEN-HP-01 Stylus Pen and see if the driver that is currently installed on your computer needs updating.

Hello,

I bought HP spectre in April (a couple of months ago) and the SPEN-HP-01 P/N 905512 001 came along with it. The spectre does not find the Pen on turning on the Bluetooth.

Winver returns:

Windows 10

Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.1088)

To answer questions 1 and 2: 1) If the Stylus is bluetooth (which I'm expecting it is) and you have read it is supported by windows, here are the steps to connect it: 1 - Ensure flight mode is disabled. *Start > Type ' flight mode '

Toggle the switch to Off (in its blank form) like it is above. Wireless devices WI-FI and if it's there bluetooth must be activated too. 2 - Now we can connect the device. Press *Start then search 'Bluetooth and other devices settings'. Now, find your device that should be listed under here.

If it is there, click on it then 'connect'. If not, press 'Add bluetooth or other device. Then 'Bluetooth'. And follow through with the steps. 2) If your screen is touch screen and the moto stylus isn't device-locked (so it only works on the moto device) then the moto stylus should work. If the stylus has buttons they should work too. Report back and see how it is!
