    Hi , I have a problem with installing hp pen control when I tab on get button a black blank page appears ,my windows is 11 and there is no problems with the Other apps on the store

    not able to install hp pen control in windows 11

    But my PC came with HP active pen DA103787

    So it should support hp pen control right?

    Thanks for reaching out. I have managed to get support from HP.

    I could download the HP Pen Control from the HP support pages and install it.

    It still does not work, but I am going to change the battery and try again.

    HP pen control does not download (download button is invisible)

    I want to download the HP pen control app.

    I can find the app on several websites. All links send me to the app on Microsoft store. And there, the "Get" button is invisible.

    Microsoft Store is up to date. Windows is up to date. Systems requirements are OK for the app.

    What is the problem and how do I sort it out?
