Windows 10: Hi, I am stuck with Aptio Setup Utility - © 2020 American Megatrends Inc., please help me...

I am just downloading Power BI at this time, since I am working with something else. The time I got back, it displays this setup.

Stuck on "aptio setup utility 2020 american megatrends" screen. Googled a ton, all answers involved launch csm or resetting to default. I have none of those options. Windows 11.
