    Try the following methods and check if it helps to resolve your issue.

    Step 1. Run Network adaptor trouble shooter

    You may try Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting Services as a first step to diagnose and repair common Network issues.

    To run the trouble shooter follow the steps given below


    • Press Windows key+ X key, Select Control Panel.

    • Click on Troubleshooting, Click View All.

    • Click Network Adaptor and follow the instructions

    Step 2: I suggest you to install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    In order to understand the issue in a better manner, please share the following details. So that we can fix the issue with the troubleshooting steps.


    • Which is the Windows 10 build was running previously on the Phone device?

    • I would like to know the exact status of the Phone? Are you able to switch on the Phone? So that we can go with the Troubleshooting steps.

    Reference: Regarding windows 10 Insider Preview, Which would suggest you to upgrade to the Latest windows build as and now.

    Meanwhile, I suggest you to check for updates for your phone manually: If you are able to work on phone.
