Windows 10: HEVC Video content characters are not properly soundeble.

Hevc videos character voice are not properly soundeble i try to many option format my laptop, update latest version,also update all apps from Microsoft store,all driver,i search and tried every think article,youtube video solution not work. i faced too much problem for hevc video content.i request Microsoft to do something this a big problem. bye the way my device windows 11 i5 11gen} intel Acer laptop 2021.

I tried all these options and the I am still unable to play HEVC videos. The videos play properly on the phone, just not using the codec.

I have videos from my Samsung phone in HEVC format which are not playing properly in Windows 10. I have bought HEVC codec from Microsoft Store but still these videos are only playing half screen and rest is grey/green color. I can play these videos in VLC player but not in Windows default player and thumbnails of these videos is also not showing up.

 

HEVC Video extension not installing

I am trying to view HEIC image files on my Windows 10 PC

I installed HEIF extension from Microsoft Store, it installed properly, but still Photos app is showing only blurry images.

Upon googling i saw advice to install HEVC Video extension too.

I bought HEVC Video extension from the Microsoft Store and when click on "Install" nothing happens and HEVC is not listed in the Apps & Features list. (HEIF extension is present in this list)

When i select the three dots near the "Install" button i was given the list of machines i want the extension to be installed on. When i select the machine i am trying to install on, all i get is the message saying that "We will attempt to install the extension on the machine you requested" but no action

Is there a way for me to get the binary myself and install it manually instead of relying on some auto install program?

I have already wasted 2 days trying to view HEIC files on Windows 10.
