Windows 10: Help with corrupted drivers

I've encountered a wall when repairing corrupted drivers on my PC, preventing me from updating to Windows 11 or connecting any new device. I've tried running sfc scans, dism repairs, and various other online suggestions with no luck. I believe something is wrong with my drivers since I tried the command:reg load HKLM\DRIVERS c:\windows\system32\config\driverswhich returned the error stating that the configuration registry database is corrupt. Attempting to download any updates returns the statusownload error - 0x800703f1

One of them report RAM corruption (hardware), I'd suggest testing your RAM using Memtest86: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memtest86-test-ram.html

Follow the steps on how to create a bootable disk as listed in the above link, the official Memtest86 site is here: MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

I see a mention of NTFS driver issue in the other dump file, would be worth checking if the storage drivers are up-to-date through Device Manager.

I also see a BIOS update available for your B360M, I'd suggest checking it out in MSI's site.
