Help with changing MB and CPU to meet win 11 requirements

Have a rig with i7 7700 which is currently running Win 11, but health check says it isnt compatable. Want to change MB, cpu, and ram to upgrade. Can someone help with how you change these without a complete reinstall? Supposedly you can deactivate the windows install, or tie it to your microsoft account, and make a couple of registry changes, and then change out the MB and CPU, and then use the same C drive and it will all run on the new mb and cpu and reactivate. This would be much better than a clean install and having to reinstall all the apps and putting back settings.

    :)

    Win 11 compat app

Both your CPU and graphics card should be ok- your CPU is on the list:
Windows 11 CPU List Released | WePC

and your graphics card is new enough to support DirectX 12.

These requirements are set by the installer of Win 11. Detailed specs for Win 11 have been released by MS and are given in other such threads here and on elevenforum, but may change slightly before official release.

  3. System requirement doesn't meet base CPU speed but meets turbo

So I have a laptop with CPU Intel Core i7-6500U. The specs say that its speed is 2.5GHz and extendable upto 3.1GHz.

    A game's minimum requirement is CPU 2 Duo 2.9GHz.
I tried to run the game but it didn't. Is it because of the CPU speed doesn't meet the requirement at base speed..??

Also, the game showed itself in the processes tab.

Can we manually increase CPU speed..?
