Windows 10: Help! Windows keeps refreshing every few seconds

Hello. I need help ASAP. I am part of the Windows Insider program. Updates are delivered slowest I guess it's called Beta in the settings. So, I remember, that I checked for the updates and found one. Some sort of update for windows 20H or what, i dont remember at all what was the name of it. But okay, I have installed, meanwhile I went down to PC again and it seems ot be installed. So I checked for the updates again, as I always do, and I see the same update. I am like, okay some bug maybe. So, I installed again vut this time it was unsuccessful. Okay, so I again checked for the updates. Found that one again, so I installed. Again unsuccessful. But this time, after logging in, the screen keeps refreshing every few seconds and I can't open settings or so. Just task manager, cmd, control panel. It seems to me, that it's because of file explorer, but after ending the process of that, it starts a new one. Why file explorer I think? Because my "bottom bar for apps and so" is setup to dissapear after seconds, and to be displayed when I hover on it. But now it doesn't display. Any help? How to recover to "before the update"?

Windows 10 keeps freezing, then refreshing every few seconds

I updated to windows insider preview a few weeks ago and now I am expierencing screen/desktop refreshes every few seconds. I can't open any apps except task manager and services from there. please help

 

Disconnected device sound keeps happening every few seconds

This is literally driving me to insanity.

I'm just using the pc normally and i keep hearing the sound that you hear when you disconnect a usb device.

It happens every few seconds. I opened up device manager, nothing abnormal there, but when ever i hear the disconnected device sound, the device manager refreshes the list.

I noticed also the task bar of open windows flash when it happens. I dunno why this is happening, it is driving me insane. Please help i need solutions to this problem, i don't know where to being to solve this problem.

 

Folder refresh every 60 seconds

I have a new computer that has Windows 10 on it. When I open any of the storage folders such as "My Pictures" it refreshes every 60 seconds. If I have scrolled down in the file list I will then lose my place because the screen refreshes and goes back
to the top of the list. This is incredibly frustrating! Please help.
