Windows 10: Help me fix?

How to fix? So i was factory resetting my computer then it brought me to the blue trouble shooting page and when i tried to go back to windows it said go back to windows environmental something and it would just bring me back to the blue troubleshooting page and when i tried to change my default windows from the environmental option there were options both saying windows 11 volume 3 options so I selected it and changed it to my default and now my screen turns on and off in a loop and even before i changed the default option I already entered all the commands everything I could because it would
