Windows 10: HELP - How to download Windows 10 Home Single Language Edition

I replace my old notebook hard drive and the vendor installed Windows Pro for me which is not the right version. I've managed to downgrade this to Windows 10 Home but still cannot activate it - says my license is for Windows 10 Home Single Language. It seems impossible to find any answer to where to download this so I can create a USB media creator tool to put in the right version. The community chats seem dated and point to a site that no longer has the version 1703 which is apparently the correct one to put in. Can someone please help -this is incredibly frustrating -having a license and not

My laptop had a windows 10 home single language edition (pre-installed). But i formatted laptop due to
booting problems of windows 10 home single language edition so i am currently running on
windows 10 pro. So if i download windows 10 home single language it will be automatically activate ? Plz Plz give me full steps to reinstall windows 10 home single language with
pictures.(Because in Media creation tool show only windows 10 download option not home or pro....) Also if i reinstall windows then system apps will be remain? (like wave maxxaudio pro and
Microsoft store because i i have dell 3567 laptop). Also how can identify my pc have preinjected product key?

To change the language, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Go to settings.
• Time & Language.
• Region & Language.
• Add a language. Select required language (UK English/US English).

Make it default by clicking on it and choosing "set as default". Go to options and download language pack.
