Windows 10: help getting around pass phrase and bit locker.

Hello I'm running win 10 on a mini hp. I came back from making dinner and I could not get back in. The screen said I made too many failed attempts with my pin, and now had to enter a pass phrase. I don't remember making a pass phrase and if I did I sure didn't write it down. Is there a way around this without having to format and reload windows? Also bit locker is on and that is also a hurdle I am not sure how to get around. I can get my keys through my Microsoft account, but don't see a way of turning it off from in there. Any help will be helpful. I do have another hard drive in another com

How to get rid of Bit locker

After an update I seem to have acquired a Bit locker that I can't get rid of. Microsoft.com says I don't have any recovery keys uploaded so I can't unlock the computer. Help! Any suggestions?

I suggest you to manage the bit locker settings in the group policy settings by following the below link and check if it helps.

First before performing any changes in Bit locker settings, I suggest you to create System Restore point on the computer. So that we can restore back to previous Windows state if any issues occurs.
