Windows 10: Hello, my Huawei MateBook D15 has suddenly been turning off, and when I turned it on it...

Then, when I turn it off again and wait for a few minutes before I turned it on. It will go back to normal, but after 5 mins or so it will turn off again.

HUAWEI D15 touchpad is not working

Hello,

My computer Huawei D15 (W11) touchpad has completely stopped working, but it will work again suddenly. I am upset about it because every time I start my computer it is not working again. I used to uninstall the software updates, but sometimes it work but sometimes did not.

I don't prefer to reset my computer, because I don't know how to back up my data. Thanks.
