Windows 10: Hello I am stucking at “something went wrong , please try again”

while I try to sign in my Microsoft account after I reset my laptop and update the windows 10 to 11 I can’t remember the password so I decided to use single-use code but unfortunately I type the wrong number of the code. So I can’t access my Microsoft account and my laptop stucking on this screen for a few hours.How can I fix it?

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
2. Click OK.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• It would be best if you can send us a screenshot of the message asking you to configure Windows Hello when using Outlook or Mail app.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Cortana - Constant "Something Went Wrong"

So every search I do with Cortana returns "Something Went Wrong". I have websearch turned off because I don't want to use websearches, I just want to search my machine.

Here is an example typed into the cortana search box "Firewall Settings"... I get "something went wrong" and a list of suggestions of "other places to look"... one of those is settings... if I go to settings and type "Firewall Settings" it finds what I want
right away.

Why can't Cortana?
