Windows 10: Headphones stopped giving spatial 3D sound on Windows 11. How do I get it back?

Going to preface this post by stating that I'm not all that technically savvy, so if I'm bombarded with a bunch of numbers and letters and technical jargon, I'm going to get lost. Just need someone to hold my hand a bit and guide me through what I hope is a very simple issue.So, my problem started with the USB splitter I was using no longer working. I don't know what happened, but I managed to make the three devices plugged into it a wireless headset, XBox controller, and external hard drive work by plugging them into three different USB ports on the actual computer. Spatial Sound

Hi,

The Spatial Sound feature is available in Windows 10 but by default, it has been disabled. To enable it, follow the steps below:

• In the notification area, right-click on the sound icon.
• In the context menu, click on Playback devices.
• Select your playback device and then click on Properties.
• Click on the Spatial sound tab.
• Select the Spatial sound format you want to apply.

Max Sampling rate and Bitdeep for Windows 11 Spatial Sound.

Every time i activate the Spatial sound "Dolby Atmos for Headphones" on windows 11, there change the Bitdeep and Samplingrate to 16bit / 48KHz. If i set it manually to 32bit, thats deactivate the spatial sound. Is that the maximum for the spatial software sound?

I followed the instructions but when I got to #4 spatial sound said off and there was no other info or any way to turn it on. I hit return to default but that did nothing. Please help. my earphones are off .
