Windows 10: HDMI Input Not Found

    HDMI Input Not Found


    Recently, there have been some instances where my computer would spontaneously alert me that an "HDMI input hasn't been found" or something like that, and then it automatically goes to sleep, and I can't turn it back on. I did do some research, but I'm unsure if the solution is to either update my computer's graphics, or to get a new HDMI cable entirely. If anyone has any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to ask.

    Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

    I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.

    So you are suggesting that in the event this cable goes for a six, I try out the HDMI port? Seems quite a tenable suggestion - I never thought of that!

    HDMI Input Not Found

    Help! Both external monitors not detecting

    Please follow below steps to resolve the message by switching the input source to HDMI: 1. Press "Menu" hotkey on the monitor to enter OSD. 2. Switch the input source to HDMI on OSD in one of the following ways:
    • Go to Display > Input > HDMI.
    • Go to System > HDMI Auto Switch > On.
