Windows 10: Having problems with windows update to 11,

After updating it my laptop showed an update and I clicked on update and it was a bio update and is asking for the Bitlocker that I don't have. Then trying to access my MS acct. And get it, noted that the phone in my profile is a land line not a cellphone so can not get a code to access it and the waiting time to change it in my profile is too long for my need.Can I unlink my laptop from that MS account and link it to my other MS account and get the sec. Key code in order to continue with the update?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
