  1. Having a Problem in Doing Something

As it is showned on the picture, I've entered the following code, and it says input 'Type the value associated with Parameter name' which is in Korean. I've tried the other solutions mentiened previously on the old Question on Microsoft Community, but, still it doesn't work. I have the error code of '0x8D050003' for 'only' installing one specific app, KakaoTalk on Microsoft Store it also doesn't installed with downloading it directly from their homepage after installinng a program called '' to the computer. How do I solve this problem here?

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
